Life saving work procedure

1 Purpose
The working instruction provides life-saving engineering department work content, steps and the principles of control, also of the job responsibilities, and coordinating cooperation provisions, designed to make life engineering department in line with the requirements of the quality system, to ensure to provide customers with safe, reliable service.

2 scope of application

3 reference standards and standards
3.1 Southern China area life raft inspection station with "inflatable life raft repair procedure"
3.2 inflatable liferaft manufacturers maintenance manual.

4 responsibilities
4.1 departments responsible person audit certificate issued
4.3 inspectors are responsible for the related records, reports and other data collection, submit life-saving project prepared by the Department of archives, and distribution and archiving.
5 implementation
5.1 inflatable life raft repair process map < Figure 5.1 '
5.2 in accordance with the specific implementation of the "inflatable life raft repair procedure" and inflatable life rafts manufacturers maintenance manual.

6 records and Archives
6.1. the record of the life raft inspection shall be collected, sorted and filed by the inspection unit.
6.2. after the test, the test shall be the following:
(1) inflatable liferaft maintenance records
(2) inflatable liferaft certificate
6.3. the record of the above records after the filing of the documents submitted to the Department in charge. Storage period is 3 years.
