At present, the Ministry of transport has cancelled the "international ship agency business approval" and "international shipping enterprise merger and acquisition approval two maritime administrative licensing items, open enterprise access threshold, in order to promote the development of small and micro enterprises; continue to improve the non vessel shipping deposit insurance system a number of measures, to ease the financial pressure on the enterprise management; at the same time, further standardize charges related enterprises, reduce the burden on enterprises.
